Booking Terms & Conditions

  • If booking is made 8 or more days before check-in:
    • A 50% deposit is due within 5 days of booking confirmation.
    • The remaining 50% is due 7 days before check-in.
  • If booking is made 7 days or less before check-in:
    • Full payment is due upon booking confirmation.
  • Security Deposit:
    • A refundable NZ$2000 security deposit is due 7 days before check-in.
    • This will be refunded within 10 days after check-out, subject to the property’s condition.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
  • 8 – 30 days before check-in: 50% refund
  • 7 days or less before check-in: No refund
